PRILIMED 30

Prilimed 30 is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically developed for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in men aged 18 to 64 years. ​

By inhibiting the serotonin transporter, Dapoxetine increases serotonin activity in the synaptic cleft, which delays ejaculation, enhances control over ejaculation, and reduces distress associated with rapid ejaculation. ​

Prilimed 30 is typically used as needed, approximately 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. It is not intended for continuous daily use and should not be taken more than once every 24 hours. ​

Compared to other SSRIs, Dapoxetine's rapid onset and short half-life make it uniquely suited for on-demand treatment of PE, minimizing the risk of accumulation and associated side effects. It can be used alone or in combination with phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5 inhibitors) like Sildenafil or Tadalafil for men experiencing both PE and erectile dysfunction. ​
